Back to the Future 2 - Classic Scene from the Ending

I was always incredibly annoyed by how they followed this scene up with a trailer for part 3 before the credits rolled....every time, in every presentation: theather, DVD, whatever. They should have just let the movie stand alone and end on that note of great suspense. Instead, they cue the cheesy Western music and show you what's going to happen for the sake of promotion. What rubbish...why couldn't they let the film end that way, period? Instead, every time it ends, cut to the Old West.

Basically, Marty and Doc had to go back to 1955 to retrieve a sports almanac that an older Biff gave himself. Giving himself the almanac drastically changed the present...George was dead, Biff was powerful, Loraine was in a forced marriage (with breast implants), amongst other very bad things.

In order to fix this, Doc/Marty had to find out when Biff gave himself the almanac, so Marty was able to get that info from Biff...and they head back to 1955 (exact time when the first film took place).

Long story short...the scenes in this Youtube clip show the aftermath of their 1955 adventure.

After successfully destroying the almanac, Doc was going to land the Delorean to get Marty and head back to the future. Lightening struck the Delorean (while in the air), and Doc was sent back to 1885. Marty gets the letter showing Doc's okay, but now Marty has to go back to 1885 to get Doc.

We see him face the 1955 Doc, who's in shock because he just sent Marty back to the future.
