I agree. If pushed I'd lean slightly more towards Clive, but I enjoy both hosts. And when it comes to the shows...why can't everyone be as reasonable as you? :)

The Drew Carey Show! At One Point It Was So Popular He Was Gettin Paid 750,000 Dollars For Each Episode! So Some One Must Lik Him!! I Love Both Whose Lines But Drew Is Defintly More Succesful
It's weird seeing how they were so far back (having only seen what Dave shows), but good to see that Paul and Tony have always worked well together. So young then as well, bless them.

Remember though this is the first season, no one new how it would shape out and every one was a bit reluctant to go full on. By the time the US version came out ryan, colin and greg had been doing it for years and were pro's.
It was brought from the UK to the US. This is from the first British season in 1988; it lasted for 10 years until the tenth and final season in 1998.
And if this is your first and only experience with the UK version, I'd really suggest watching some more - full episodes, not just clips. I can't convince you to like either version better, but I can at least help you form your own opinion. ;)

This game shows the beginning of great chemestry between Paul and Tony. Both of them are great in this clip.
And Tony is precious in this episode. Paul's not too bad of a looker either ^_~.

I have indeed watched many other clips. cna't exactly find their DVDs.
maybe I don't really get british jokes and the host sin't really "drew Carey" either.
but kudos to the british for coming out with such a great idea for a show.
