  • the heel palm is much stronger than a punch!!!

  • ok, where can I buy this dvd

  • where can you order this?

  • 1:50 Real fraternity :)

  • Which branch does he follow?

  • ok let me go get my BIG hammer that i keep on my desk...../

  • looks interesting

  • I plan to buy sledgehammer...

  • Chi'ishi - strength stone ...Look it up.

  • Yes I know what they are, had a friend who practiced Goju. Similar but different, particularly when it comes to punching method

  • It's all good!

  • definetly! I sometimes punch a home made bag about fistsize filled with sand attached to a bungee cord. It has a very lively action. Do you know where I could buy a bag similar design to this? as sand is beginning to leak out.

  • im sure u can practice this with bottom weighted dumbells, no need 4 hammer i think

  • I guess you can but the hammer is good because of the leverage from the long handle. Still you might not need as much room with a DB :-)

  • epic!

  • i do like the training the wrist and forearm with the slege hammer tho. i bet u thats a work out like a mofo

  • Yeah. try touching your nose with a sledgehammer. It's hard as hell.

  • Thanks~~~

I really learn something and figure

out why that is so heavy when punched

    by Instructor Daniel...Hehehe

  • very inspiring stuff! makes sense

  • This 2-dvd set is a terrific addition to any martial artist's library. If you study Systema, you'll definitely see an improvement in your strikin. Robert Poyton is definitely a class act and an asset to the martial arts world! Cheers.

  • as i see its all based on the kinetic energy transfered through punch, but to do so efectivly u have to be a big guy and have loads of mass. what if you are a small or very tall skinny person.

  • Good question. But it's also down to placement and position of the strike. Works just as well for smaller people - in fact a lot of the Russian Spets guys are smaller build

  • @perten What is the official martial art is taught to the spetnaz? Does the Russian army still use Sambo? Please someone explain it to me.

  • that old guy takes a good punch.

  • Thanks so much. Very useful
