  • Alright, sorry. You must be from different part of Italy than me, but honestly, the correct way (or atleast the way from central Italy) is with no riccotta but with bechmel. You should try it because it tastes much better. Usually, the pastas and sauces and food seems to be a lot heavier in the south which is probally where your from? Peace.

  • Putting bechamel in a lasagna is better then plain ricotta because the ricotta does not spread evenly unless you blend it with cream and mix it together. Bechamel is better.
