yes, you need gripy belts though, steel ones are the best.
I have the circular saw also made by wilesco and that will cut wood like a knife through butter!

I'm machining the cylinder right now. Am making a few mistakes too, but nothing I shouldn't be able to recover from or get a new casting LOL :)

Nice ! I'm building a 2A right now ! Did you use a longer drive shaft to be able to put an extra takeoff pulley on it ?
Hi They give you a bit extra, so I left it long to take the pully. It was the first project on my 7x12 lathe. I made a few small mistakes, but it runs real good
