  • @SxeScotty hey idiot... Nobody invited you into this conversation.. So go watch Pokemon or something..

  • @hitmenrev Excuse me boy, but it doesn't take watching mma to know how to defend my self. Stop being an insecure fan and come back to planet earth..

  • In reality it's just a ball going into the net?

The same logic can be applied to UFC. It's just an illiterate guy punching a redneck in the face... Who cares?

I enjoy watching UFC more than anyone I know, but compared to football/soccer it's less than a drop of water in the ocean.

  • @cplusplus84 illiterate guy? haha kinda funny because I bet Joe Rogan and half the fighters signed to the UFC are more educated and have more common sense than you do. You might " enjoy" watching it but you don't actually pay any attention to it, Footballs been around forever, MMA has been around from a promotions standpoint less than 15 years.

  • @SxeScotty Please stop hugging Joe Rogan's nutt. Just because he is a cool guy who is always ready with a witty comment doesn't make him right in everything he says.

First of all education doesn't mean anything besides having an expertise in a specific domain. So me being a software engineer doesn't make me more educated than a guy without a high school degree who has been exploring and learning new cultures and languages.

UFC isn't MMA. It's two guys fighting in a cage.

  • @cplusplus84 Your a hater because it's the cool thing to do nowadays I don't enjoy anything or like things so I'm more cool than the next person that's fine, but if UFC isn't MMA than define it for me.

I guess only you know what MMA that way when it gets popular you can say " I knew about it before you guys did" you're like the ultimate hipster. BAMMA ,Strike force , MFC, Bellator ,UFC = MMA and MMA = 2 guys fighting in a cage . I guess you're the only one who knows what MMA is

  • Rogan is awesome.. But mma is just as useless as the other sports.. I say anti entertainment..

  • @masteroflife777 How is it useless? If someone is trying to hurt you or your family, what can a a basketball, baseball player etc. do? be a little bitch and watch or do something about it

  • @masteroflife777 Yeah self defense is such a useless thing to , I would way rather be able to sink a 3 pointer than defend myself when in danger oh wait.... no you're just a retard.

  • I like rogan but mma will never get as big as soccer I dont know about ice hockey or basketball.. might happen who knows but soccer is on another league. everybody watches the world cup I mean everyone. mma is my favourite sport coz its so satusfying to whoop somebody's ass and beat the shit out of somebody but that's just me. Im still hyped as hell when I see world cup. Im almost as exited as when im about to lay my hands on somebody and not get into trouble. Soccer will alwasy be the number 1

  • Joe Rogan is a fucking idiot, this video proves it.

  • @tonysoprano0316 shut up

  • @chichix2

Good response, I'm right though. MMA will never EVER be as popular as "soccer". It won't even be as popular as the top American sports. Joe Rogan admits he never watches and has no clue about other sports yet he is happy to throw in his hat and proclaim "MMA is by far the most exciting sport", how the fuck do you know that Joe if you have never watched any other sport and have no clue about them. He is an ignorant idiot.

  • @tonysoprano0316 Stop trolling on Joe Rogan. Big dicks in your ass isnt good for you.

  • guy with the second most thumbs up cant spell bitch were fucked people

  • Joe Rogan is by far one of the dumbest people in MMA, his bullshit views are just that, his. He says "EVERYONE can enjoy MMA, watching a great fight and seeing them hug at the end makes EVERYONE feel good". What the fuck is he talking about? So a fucking family with little kids can watch an MMA fight that descends into a bloodbath? Some guy gets brutally KO'd, good clean wholesome entertainment, fuck you Joe Rogan you fucking pot smoking conspiracy theory fuck wit, go suck Eddie Bravos cock

  • @tonysoprano0316 shut up

  • @tonysoprano0316

you are such an idiot. objectively speaking, of course

  • @alliant

How so? Because I'm right? Joe Rogan admits to being totally clueless about any other sport besides MMA, just because Joe Rogan is famous for being an unfunny comedian doesn't mean he is right about everything, and this time he is dead wrong. MMA will NEVER be as popular as soccer.

  • @tonysoprano0316 maybe not, but soccer will never be exiting as mma

  • @LazaCDS

Try telling that to someone who doesn't give a shit about fighting or martial arts and doesn't understand the ground game. Why would they want to watch that or ever consider it exciting? You think MMA is exciting because you are a fan, others would compare it to watching paint dry. Even a lot of current MMA fans despise the ground game. It's a numbers game, there are millions of MMA fans, there are BILLIONS of soccer/football fans.

  • @tonysoprano0316 ok let me put it this way , there is nothing in soccer that is exiting as a flying armbar or a spinning back kick knockout, if people played soccer or one field and people played basketball on another and people played golf and all those sports on some other and the fight brakes out next to them everyone is gonna watch the fight ;)

  • @LazaCDS

Well of course, but that's like saying if there was suddenly a car crash everyone would go and watch the car crash. It's got nothing to do with the excitement level of the respective sport. You know as well as I do that there are some boring as fuck MMA fights, just as there is some boring as fuck football matches. Rarely do you see a spinning back kick knock out or flying arm bar in MMA. To say there is nothing in soccer as exciting is just ignorance.

  • @tonysoprano0316 i never said that there is nothing exiting in soccer, i am a fan of soccer and i am a big fan of FC RED STAR BELGRADE, i said that there is nothing in soccer that is exiting as some things that you can pull off in mma, atleast for me

  • @LazaCDS I'm also a fan of both sports. The thing football/soccer has over MMA though is the local team or country aspect. In MMA you support single fighters. In soccer you support your local team who represent where you live or your country. The huge tournaments heighten this excitement. I'm a Liverpool fan and watching the Champions League Final in 2005 was one of the most incredible things I've ever seen. Entire nations won't get behind a single fighter as they do teams in soccer.

  • @tonysoprano0316 was that the one where you were losing 3-0 and then won on penalty kicks :D ?i meant the fight in which you support neither fighter, fighting will be more exiting the watching a soccer game with 2 clubs that you dont support

  • @LazaCDS

Yeah that was the game, 3-0 down dead and buried by half time then they made the comeback. I still think football can be exciting even if it's a team I don't really like that much. There has been plenty of times I've watched lower league teams on the fly and got into it. I'm not really into womens football but the USA/Japan World Cup Final had me hooked. I think it just depends which sport you prefer.

  • I'm a huge MMA fan since 93 but to say that MMA will be bigger than soccer is the same as Donald Trump saying he will run for president. It's all promotion guys. I'm not being pessimistic just realistic. In some countries, soccer is like a religion. There is no comparison. I know that on one occasion the fucking sport started a war in 1969 between two Central American countries. I have no doubt that MMA will be big but just not as big as soccer. I still love you Joe, you're the man.

  • I just wish the fighters made a Living Wage. For all they do and for all the money the UFC makes....

  • got to love joe rogan

  • MMA vs a mugger with a knife

    /watch?v=DXvx8HBMTYA

  • @danhantheman LMao

  • brock lesnar couldn't box so he went to WWE. when he left WWE, he moved down to MMA. LOL owned

  • @ViolentAlcoholic

Yeah exactly, Rogans opinion is his own opinion and definitely an opinion that represents the minority when compared to other sports. I think it's small minded of him to assume that no other sports come close to the excitement level raised in MMA when I can reel off hundreds of sporting occasions which were just that. It's also quite ignorant to assume that because other sports are non violent that they are in some way lesser than MMA.

  • @ViolentAlcoholic

That's good to hear, I love MMA but football (sorry I'm from the UK and it just seems weird for me to say soccer ha) is just something I have been around all my life and pretty much a staple of my very early youth right up until now. From playing the game myself to watching England in all the major competitions in my lifetime (usually losing). MMA can't contend with this history, MMA is a great sport but one that cannot translate as successful as football/soccer.

  • also mma isn't even practical for streetfights like MMeatheads claim. boxing is way more effective in fast streetfights, nobody has 15min to roll around on the ground in a brawl. a streetfight lasts 10sec, and is basically whoever strikes who first and hard. then its broken up.

even if it was 1 on 1 alone, i could always just run away. fuck pride, its ur life. there's NO scenario where all this MMA ground shit comes into play in a practical streetfight scenario...unless ur doing the raping LOL

  • @danhantheman You're the meat head dip shit, you made yourself look like a total fucking idiot because you can't think through that thick meaty skull. Are you fucking a brain dead idiot? Wait, that was a stupid question. I guess you missed the Randy Couture fight where he fucking raped a boxer who won multiple titles in different weight classes. He took him down and stomped him in under 5 min. You're fucking pathetic bro, just shut your mouth while you are way the fuck behind, bitch.

  • @itsthizzbaby i guess u missed where Tim Sylvia got facefucked in about 9sec from an over-the-hill boxer. can't think of anything witty cuz you're stupid? unlike boxers who do get punched in the head, what's MMA's excuse for all you retards? prob all the beer ur mama drank. now go hump yourself literally on the ground.

MMA either sends one of its elite to boxing, where they'll get smashed, or they can stfu about who's better. cuz boxers have had the balls to come over and have won fights

  • @danhantheman Wow dude, you're a fucking master at being a fucking dumb shit.

  • @danhantheman Yeah, your right. In a real fight if your rolling on the ground you might slide over broken glass or he might pull out a knfe and you have to defend yourself at a much closer range, not sumthing you can realy see or anticpate while grapling.

However, you still don't want to be a one dimensional fighter, because no matter how bad ass you thnk you are at punching there is a grapler out there who can take your punches and slam you into the ground if you dn't know what you are doing.

  • It's nice for Joe Rogan i respect him he's very decent, but a individual sport cannot surprass the major team sports, especially football(soccer)

  • OMG ITS frank woods OF CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS!!!

  • Not just mma, all martial arts will drastically overtake those team sports,

  • mma will be bigger if you dont have to pay 55$ for every event

  • @c2J1spiller you pay that much to go watch a football/basketball/hockey/soccer game, so whats the difference dude?

  • Joe must of smoked some good shit the night of this interview. lol

  • Joe Rogan really does talk some utter SHIT sometimes.

He lists the reasons WHY MMA is so appealing i.e. it's visceral, exciting, emotional, the fighters hug at the end of a battle, well all of that stuff has happened in the sport of boxing on a much bigger stage with far more talented athletes and far bigger stars and personalities and even when boxing was at it's peak it STILL didn't come close to matching the appeal of viewership of football/soccer and it never will.

  • @tonysoprano0316 Yes that all happens in boxing, BUT, MMA is the sport of fighting not punching, so why wouldn't it be more appealing, even to boxing fans?

  • The MMA will never become more popular than the sports mentioned.

  • @1CME90 Agreed.

  • @1CME90 yes it would, you take a look at the charts on google the fans gained each year for mma is ridiculously higher than that of football, basketball, baseball, boxing, etc. put it this way if it was modern mma and not the old vale tudo no holds barred matches started the same day all these other sports started mma will be way bigger

  • i need joe rogan to help me out with my relationship problems

  • i didnt even watch the video but MMA will never be more popular then the 3 sports named in the title.

  • lol....when mma gets bigger than soccer....anderson silva will loose his title...

  • I like Joe Rogan but I cant agree with him in this part of this inteview... Competition is at the heart of every sport. Because your a MMA fan doesnt mean you should say a basketball going through a net doesnt mean anything. It means something to the basketball players. Blood sweat and tears go into the work put in by every professional athlete. So a ball going through a net means alot more than what Joe Rogan thinks.

  • @bearl7

I think you missed the point. He did say it could mean something to people, but it would be because they decided it holds significance. He goes on to say that in fighting, example, choking someone out; you don't have to decide that it holds significance because it already does by default.

I agree with the points you made though. I'm a basketball player myself as well and I like it.

  • lol @ mma being bigger than soccer. maybe in america but not the whole world hhahahaha.

  • mma would nvr be bigger then soccer, its too world wide ,played in small nations all over the world that nvr even herd of mma let alone ufc.in all the world theres nothing that means more than the fifa cup when it comes to sports.

  • the problem is soccer is the biggest sport in the world by FAR!! I mean the people who watched the world cup last year was literally in the billions. It was the most watched event ever... not sporting event, most watched event. It's extremely difficult to compete with how far soccer has got in the world and how embedded into every other country (other than the US and Canada) that soccer is what you grow up with, its everywhere, in every country and most of the people in that country watch it..

  • @khazal12 well Brock Lesnar and Cain Velasquez can lay the beatdown on every last soccer player there is. Beckham would be their prison B*&th.

  • @Iguana1138 I don't like soccer. I'm just saying its more successful than anything. If David Beckham and Cain Velasquez go anywhere in the world together, I guarantee everywhere they go, everybody and all the media will swarm Beckham and Velasquez will just be left in the corner, and David Beckham is nowhere near the best of more famous soccer player at the moment. MMA is my favourite sport, but theres no denying that soccer is bigger than any sport has ever been.

  • @Iguana1138 and beckham would make them look like donkeys on a football pitch, beckhams not a cage fighter lol

  • @Iguana1138 that is some of the dumbest shit i've ever heard. i would hope brock could kick beckhams ass considering brock's fucking profession is in the ability to kick people's asses. guess what david beckham could destroy brock lesnar at soccer. is anyone surprised? hey you breathe air. did you know that? did you know that doctors treat the sick? any other revelations you fucking retard

  • @beats1n1shit Yeah, I do, your face looks like a cunt. Thought I'd mention another obvious fact.

  • @Iguana1138 You make MMA fans look like wannabe meatheads with your ignorant comments

  • @americamufcfan7 And you're so ugly the doctor slapped your mother when you were born

  • @Iguana1138 Wow calm the fuck down meathead

  • that's one of the coolest things I've heard said about MMA. In soccer/hockey/football when it comes down to it, you're just shooting a puck into a net, it doesn't really mean anything, fighting will always mean something no matter what. It means something to the fighters mostly. In all sports though, seeing what human beings can do athletically will always mean something to everyone so other sports don't literallly mean nothing but what they're doing pretty much does mean nothing

  • as much as i love american football and baseball and basketball, nothing will ever be bigger than soccer around the world..every country in the entire world plays soccer. no one wants to pay 50 dollars to see some shit mma fight that lasts like 30 seconds cause someone gets choked out

  • @nslongo63 yea man. UFC is way to fuckin expensive. It's a gamble everytime because you never know which card is going to be good. Sometimes when all the fights look awesome, it ends up being a shitty card, and sometimes when it looks like a shit card it ends up being the greatest night of fights ever. If it was only 20 or 30 bucks, it wouldn't be such a gamble, but 50 bucks can buy a lot of things. Hell I can get a blowjob for 50 bucks at the strip club

  • Joe rogan how much times do you jack off to mma fighters a day?

  • ur stupid have watched a soccer world cup game final ill bet even ur mama be watching it

  • It will never be bigger than the NFL in America. It won't happen. Joe needs to reduce the amount of weed he smokes. Baseball is boring, Nascar is for Rednecks, Basketball is for Thugs, MMA is for Meat Heads.

  • @oooshitman9 MMA is for meat heads? that's the most ignorent and screwd up statement on youtube.

  • @UFCMMAmads agreed. meat heads r conceited douchebags who just work out and do nothing with their muscle while mma r ppl who dont work out for size they do it for stamina strength n experience.. it takes knowledge and athleticism to b a good mma fighter... (i strive to b as knowledgeable as joe in the sport and as strong as GSP)

  • @UFCMMAmads you must not have been on Youtube long if you thing that is the most IGNORANT (with an a) thing you have ever seen. People on here everyday wishing genocide on each other and your bothered by some idiots opinion.

  • @polevaultrockstr yes i do care. it's an attack against me and other MMA fans who are perfectly normal.

  • @UFCMMAmads caring is fine, but thinking someone calling you and your MMA fans "meat heads" is the most ignorant statement on youtube is silly. So is misspelling ignorant...

  • @polevaultrockstr dude, it isn't necessarily the most ignorant statement on youtube. i just said that to show the guy how idiotic his comment was.

  • @UFCMMAmads *ignorAnt :)

  • @UFCMMAmads lol mma is for the open minded chill and intelligent people unlike all the football players i know who are just rock dumb meatheads

  • @UFCMMAmads haha thats why kimbo did so well

  • EXACTLY joe, fighting is the definitive endpoint of all arguments or disagreements. It's universal, any ethnicity in any era, even animals fight and kill each other. men want to dominate other men. When a lion wants to take over a "pride" it challenges the pride leader and either kills him or simply just owns him.

  • why the fu*k you people call football "soccer"... put the name of "soccer" on this fucked up sport for pussies which it is when you compare it to rugby and call real football - football... cause you know... ball and foot are more like real english football rather than guys with protectors all over the body and helmets on their heads... and ball for 99% of time in a hand... i dont fu*king get it... how it is possible to fu*k names up like this...

  • It can be big, but not bigger then soccer.

  • @MrWWEmatchesUploader dude? soccer? really? its like a pong game, something white goes back and fourth on a field and theres almost no action at all, the action comes when a player is free with the ball towards the keeper and then it goes away when it hits the net, i mean its seriously so boring to watch.

  • @swedishserbo And thats why soccer is the biggest sport on earth. Its okay that you dont like soccer, but you can be honest and say soccer is bigger. And I'm even an MMA fighter, and big UFC fan

  • @MrWWEmatchesUploader a sports popularity is based upon the number of people practicing the sport, not on the people watching it. by that I still mean that football is bigger than mma, yes(!), but you need to face the fact that football is not as exciting as mma, nor is it growing as rapidly.

  • @swedishserbo although I love MMA with great passion, true soccer is an incredible art when played properly. Watching like Barcelona beat Real Madrid 5-0 like they did is just beautiful, and the way they played it was art.

  • @IronMindedGods the problem with football is simply this... 2 teams face off; team A is way better than team B, result - a one sided matchup where you know after 20 minutes who will win.

OR; the teams A and B are so similar to one another that for 93 minutes you´ll see a ball get passed back and forth and theres no goal (in some scenarios) and you just wasted a hour and a half watching something unexciting.

THESE ARE JUST MY OPINIONS ABOUT FOOTBALL, DO NOT HATE!

  • @swedishserbo sometimes, but I've seen some incredible matches--end to end stuff--that's ended up 5-4 or something, many times. And of course you're entitled to your opinion, that's what's amazing about sports, it's the diversity. I think snooker is boring as hell but I'm sure it's a great sport in its own right, with many fans. I grew up with both football and mma, I was watching mma before UFC got all the hype and is as big as it now. Back when pride was still awesome.

  • @swedishserbo There is pacifists and a lot of religious folks out there in the world and many see ufc as barbaric and stupid. I don't though, I may like football (soccer) more, but i like to watch fights, comes second in my list, but it is all people's opinion anyways.

  • @americamufcfan7 true, there is and will always be people that are against martial arts due to its controversy with pounches and kicks both standing and while on the mat, but those people are often snowed in, in their own imaginary world where religion is the way, but in reality, its those people who has the most surpressed anger, im just saying...

  • @swedishserbo Not really I'm somewhat really religious but I still like to watch UFC.

  • @swedishserbo liverpool vs ac milan champions league final. ac milan way better than liverpool, 3 nil up at half time. liverpool come back to win on penalties, doesnt always go like you said. watch the fa cup aswell, so many giant killings. i like mma but ive never ever seen an mma fight that tense or dramatic.

  • @helloilikepoo then you havent watched that many fights compared to ONE football game you claim was that exciting.

  • I haven't seen any Justin Bieber comments on this vid yet, so I guess I'll post one.

DISLIKE BAR IS THE SIZE OF JUSTIN BIEBER'S PENIS HAHAHA

  • fucking genius!!

  • I really think no sport can be bigger than soccer. I also prefer MMA way more than Soccer by a huge margin. But MMA bigger than Soccer?...no.

  • i think joe rogans a stupid pot head

  • @youarefreexp

Joe is a actually a very intelligent pothead....ur a stupid sober person....

  • so Joe Rogan gets a thrill to see people getting killed O_o...ok....but

  • @jaws5204 Obviously he doesn't, since no one gets killed. He's explaining the significance of one person submitting another person in an MMA fight. The thing that makes MMA more exciting than other sports is because it's not a game. They're not playing with a ball like little children, they're fighting for their lives.

The significance of an MMA fight is you're watching two people attacking each other to show who could kill who in a battle.

The significance of basketball, well, it's just a game.

  • @ninjajesus81 There not fighting for their lives, they are fighting for money. Only an idiot would enjoy getting in fights for fun, and that is pure meatheadness.

  • @americamufcfan7 There's a lot of safety precautions, but when someone picks you up and tries to drop you on your head, you're fighting for your life. That could potentially kill you. Fighters have tried to drop other fighters on their heads before. They're not allowed to, but they do it.

People enjoy the competition of fighting. It's a skill they like to display. They train in martial arts and compete to see how good they are. What's idiotic about that? And that goes for any skill.

  • @ninjajesus81 Umm yeah, those fights you fight for your life are street fights and that person must hate you a lot if they want to kill you. These MMA fighters have respect for one another or should and wouldn't do anything to hurt their opponent permanently, they just want to win the fight. Overall, all they are doing is fight for money. UFC is an organized sport buisness with regulations and rules, that is why it has the least amount of deaths and injuries than any other sport....

  • @ninjajesus81 ...(con't) I'm not saying they are idiotic, but if they only fight for fun then it is idiotic and that fighter, or rather bully since he enjoys fights, is a complete meathead. If you view it as a "fight for their life" then you don't know what martial arts are. I personally view MMA as combat sport, not true Martial arts. True martial artists know that martial arts is meant to be a discipline and a way to protect yourself if needed,it was created for the weak to protect themselves.

  • @americamufcfan7 Any decent fighter is going to enjoy fighting, otherwise they wouldn't be fighting.

It's no different than a football player enjoying tackling the quarterback. He's not a bully.

What's true martial arts? The shit where you never prove that it works, you just demonstrate it on people who are willing to get thrown around without putting up a fight?

There are lots of different martial arts. How can you honestly claim to know they were ALL created for the same reason?

  • @ninjajesus81 If you enjoy fighting, as in hurting someone, something is wrong with you and yes, it makes you a meathead. Fighting is not the only way you prove your martial arts, just look at martial arts competitions, martial arts is also like an art. Yes, I agree with you, not all styles were created for the same reason, but the basic and oldest styles were. These modern ones are not true martial arts.I know a whole lot of old kung fu experts that really don't like mma for the reason I listed

  • @americamufcfan7 Fighting isn't all about hurting people, just like football isn't about hurting people. It's about displaying your skills in competition.

The basic and oldest martial arts are useless in a real fight. So what's the point of them? Martial arts are supposed to be a way to fight someone, not to dance around for no reason. If it's an art, call it art, don't call it a fighting style. If kung fu was meant to use in fighting, it would be practical in fighting, but it's not.

  • @ninjajesus81 There are many other ways of displaying your skills, not just by fighting. You obviously don't know martial arts. Really, oldest martial arts are useless now? Those styls can outclass and definetly win that poser muay thai shit. Martial arts are not to supposed to be a way to fight someone, see you don't know. Kung Fu is known to be one of the top martial arts style, you don't even know what you are talking about.

  • @americamufcfan7 Those styles can outclass Muay Thai? Where's your proof?

Martial arts aren't supposed to be a way to fight someone? Then what the fuck are they for? Boxing isn't for fighting someone?

Kung Fu is one of the top martial arts styles? How is it the top? Kung Fu fighters are beating all the other fighters in every other style? Prove it. I haven't seen a shred of evidence to support anything you're saying.

  • @ninjajesus81 ...(con't) and martial arts is supposed to bring you closer to peace rather than the violent nature the UFC has portrayed it. MMA fighters these days don't really know how to fight, Its easy to learn MMA as it is like street fighting and doesn't require much training to be decent at it. There is no grace in MMA.

  • @americamufcfan7 MMA fighters don't know how to fight? Then who does? People who have never fought before?

Dude, these people do this for a living. They don't have real jobs; their job is to train to fight. And you have the audacity to say they don't know how to fight?

Your logic makes no sense. So it's easy to get good at MMA? Define "decent". So you can go in there and win a bunch of matches because it's easy to learn? Then why didn't your opponents learn it so easily?

  • @ninjajesus81 MMA fighter don't know how to fight, they use their strength to cover up for their technique. Look at Muhammad Ali or Bruce lee, they took years to perfect their technique. Look at that ex college football player turned mma fighter, he didn't take years of practice to get there. What I mean by decent I mean good. They are good street fighters, not martial artists, and MMA fighters actually disrespect real Martial artists who trained since they were little kids. dude, my cousin...

  • @americamufcfan7 What ex-college football player turned MMA fighter? Hershel Walker? He's horrible. And he was given an easy win against someone else who was horrible. Those people don't belong in any serious MMA organization. They belong in the amateur leagues.

Ali trained his whole life in boxing. Why is that different than someone who trains their whole life in wrestling? Or Ju Jitsu? Or Mui Thai?

Bruce Lee was an actor and a martial artist, not a fighter. Ali was a fighter.

  • @ninjajesus81 Still, Hershel Walker is known, and he wins, showing how easy this MMA shit is to learn. Wrestling is not martial arts, everyone knows that. Most of the pros are ex wrestlers as well and didn't start mma till they were in their 20's. MMA is easy stuff to learn. Exactly, Bruce Lee was a true martial artist, known to be the best, and he could probably own any mma fighter. Why, because he knows how to fight. This is why I enjoy boxing more, those guys actually worked hard to get there

  • @americamufcfan7 Hershel Walker won an MMA fight against a can. If you put Steven Hawking in a cage and I beat him, does that mean it's easy to "learn MMA"? If your opponent completely sucks, you can win no matter what. Hershel Walker just has athleticism, which was enough to beat someone who completely sucks at fighting.

    Wrestling is martial arts.

Bruce Lee could beat any MMA fighter? Where's your proof? Who has Bruce Lee fought and beaten?

Boxers worked hard to get where? I could go box.

  • @americamufcfan7 If one person can learn MMA easily, then everyone can learn it easily and that puts everyone on an equal footing. So to go above that, you have to train harder and better than everyone else. Your argument negates itself. If it's easy for YOU to learn MMA, then that applies to everyone else, and thus if everyone else is as good as you, then you're not any better than anyone else.

This applies to ANYTHING. It's easy to get good at football, but you can't just go join the NFL.

  • @ninjajesus81 ...(con't) barely started practicing Mma and hes good at it. How is my argument negating itself? MMA doesn't take years of practice, most start in their late teens. If everyone were to be put in MMA, obvioulsy the most athletic would win with strength. If he were to be put with a true martial artist who perfected his technique, then the true martial artist would win..

  • @americamufcfan7 Your cousin is good at MMA? What does that even mean? He's beating everyone? Who the fuck is he fighting? People who barely started practicing MMA too? Then why are they so shitty?

Saying a true martial artist would win an MMA fight is just empty talk. Hell, if they entered MMA and lost, you'd just say they weren't a true martial artist.

    There's no pleasing you.

True martial artists, whatever the fuck that even means, have had their chances to prove they're the best fighters.

  • @ninjajesus81 No duh that's what I mean,he's getting better and better in MMA. I am a martial artist and I can still own his ass in sparring. The thing about MMA is that it is too much like wrestling, way to much grabbing and way to easy to reverse. They can't strike, only grab, that is why most UFC fights are always men looking like they are hugging on the floor. The thing about martial artists is that we don't participate in this cage garbage,we don't need to show everyone we are complete meatheads

  • @americamufcfan7 You could own whose ass in sparring? Your cousin? And why should I care?

MMA fighters can't strike? Compared to who?

The thing about you and the martial artists you're trying to represent, is you don't step into a cage because you don't really know how to fight, hence why YOU DON'T PROVE IT. You just want to sit there and fucking talk about how awesome you are. No one is buying into your shit unless you fuckin prove it. Talk is cheap.

  • @ninjajesus81 ...(con't) as for your nfl example, It doesn't make sense.

  • @americamufcfan7 But they won't prove they're the best fighters. Why? Because they're too peaceful and whatever the fuck. They can't fight. That's the bottom line.

If it just took strength to win an MMA fight, Brock Lesnar would have won last Saturday, but he didn't. He was beaten by a better fighter. He was beaten by a true martial artist.

Hell, even Brock Lesnar is a true martial artist. He's been a wrestler all his life. That's a martial art. What's not 'true" about it?

  • @ninjajesus81 It takes a complete douchebag to get in fights to prove he is the best.I saw that Lesnar fight,Velasquez was lifting him up,and Lesnar has no cardio so yeah it was strength and athleticism that won that fight again.Wrestling is not a martial art.You know nothing about martial arts, get to know themthose guys in the cage have no damn discipline and is a disgrace to martial arts.Did you see Bruce Lee go out and pick fights everywhere? No,he only fought in the streets to defend himself

  • @americamufcfan7 Cain never lifted up Lesnar. Lesnar took him to the ground, but Cain got right back up. Cain was just punching him and negating Lesnar's wrestling.

That wasn't strength and athleticism, that was skill. Cain is the better fighter so he won easily despite Lesnar being stronger and more athletic.

MMA fighters aren't fucking picking fights. They're fighting each other in an agreed upon situation where they both compete to show who's the better fighter.

  • @ninjajesus81 Hopefully you can understant my point:

    /watch?v=Gv1eLkXJaCQ

Watch it. Boxing is not martial arts and when did I say it isn't fighting. I'm saying I have respect for them because they are more disciplined and actually worked hard to get there. MMA is easy to learn, most of them didn't learn it until their late teens. Look it up, wrestling is not martial arts. Get to know martial arts before arguing, you are clueless on what it is. Martial artists don't need to prove anything..

  • @americamufcfan7 How is boxing not a martial art?

How is MMA easy to learn? Explain how learning several different disciplines is easy.

How is wrestling not a martial art?

Is Judo a martial art? Is Brazilian Ju Jitsu a martial art? How is wrestling not a martial art?

Martial artists don't need to prove anything? Well if they're going to be saying they can kick anybody's ass, then YES, they do need to prove something. If they don't want to prove it what they say, then they can shut the fuck up.

  • @ninjajesus81 Dude, you know shit, look it up, Boxing is not a martial art, thats when I know I am arguing with someone who thinks they know martial arts but don't.I'm done with this, you obviously don't know anything, you keep on asking the same questions, and cain won with atleticism. He did lift him up a few times and lesnar was breathing hard, yes, punches knock air and velasquez wasn't just aiming at the head.

  • @americamufcfan7 I asked WHY isn't it a martial art. You can't tell me why? Of course not. You're not refuting one thing I say.

Cain never lifted him up. Jesus fucking christ. Did you not read me say that I JUST WATCHED THE FUCKING FIGHT RIGHT BEFORE I RESPONDED TO MAKE SURE I WAS RIGHT. And I was. You're just sitting there lying. Cain won because he was better, not because he's more athletic. Lesnar is more athletic.

  • @ninjajesus81 I can't tell you? Why don't you look it up, it is too much to type. Did you see the vid I told you to see? Cain won by athleticism, Lesnar ain't all muscle and not to mention Lesnar ran out of breathe quickly so yes Cain won by athleticism, he ain't skilled, I see that same grappling shit from girls that fight at school, that takes no skill at all

  • @americamufcfan7 Why don't I look up what?

What vid did you tell me to see?

How did Cain win by athleticism. Explain it.

Lesnar didn't run out of breath, he was getting pummeled. Big difference. Brock has good cardio. What makes you think he ran out of breath?

How is Cain not skilled. Explain.

CAN YOU ANSWER AT LEAST ONE OF THOSE FUCKING QUESTIONS? NO, YOU CAN'T, BECAUSE YOU'RE JUST FULL OF SHIT.

  • @ninjajesus81 Seriously, are you retarded?

    1. Look it up, boxing and wrestling is not martial arts

    2. Lesnar ran out of breathe during the match and cain was overpowering lesnar

    3. Grappling is not showing skill. Any 5 year old kid can do it.

Seriously, your retarded, I've answered your questions various times already, or you want me to point them out for you next time like a 3 year old.

  • @americamufcfan7 I said HOW is boxing and wrestling not martial arts. You say it's not martial arts. That implies you know why it's not martial arts, since you can say that it isn't, you must know why. Do you? No? Yes? Why isn't boxing and wrestling martial arts?

Tell me how you know Lesnar was running out of breath. Qualify one god damn thing you say for once.

Grappling isn't a skill? So anyone can go to the olympics and win the gold medal in wrestling without training?

    What IS a skill?

  • @ninjajesus81 Martial arts are what they imply, AN ART. Martial arts have beginner and advanced moves and techniques, and some moves you can't learn right away. With boxing and wrestling, in boxing, there arent any other moves other than punching and you can learn right away. Same thing with wrestling, all you do is learn how to grapple, clinch, and reverse, not much to it, and those two only involve athleticism, not skill. Martial Arts is a skill. That is why boxing and wrestling are not MA

  • @americamufcfan7 You're making your own definition for martial arts, and then when a fighting style doesn't fit your made up definition, then you claim it's not martial arts. That's not how it works. I could say martial arts have to involve punching, so Judo is out based on that made up criteria.

Here you say boxing only involves athleticism, yet earlier you said Muhammed Ali took years to perfect his technique. What technique? You just said there's no skill in boxing.

  • @ninjajesus81 Ha, your not paying attention. Your implying right now that anyone that can kick and punch knows martial arts. Yes, I said Ali took years to perfect his technique and did, learn the difference between technique and skill, skill the variety of moves you know and that you can perform, technique is how you do it or how well, and Ali. Boxing needs technique, not skilll. I even have to give you definitions, you really don't know what you are talking about.

  • @americamufcfan7 So you make up your own definitions and then when shown to be contradictory, you just make up more shit to cover your ass.

Boxing is a skill and a martial art.

  • @ninjajesus81 Dude, look it up, Boxing is not a martial arts, even idiots know it is not. Why don't you learn and know it before typing it like an idiot. Oh yeah, and punching takes so much skill haha

  • @ninjajesus81 In the cain and lesnar fight, cain didn't stop at all and caught lesnar unprepared, cain made him run out of breath. Stop asking idiotic questions that I have already answered, your making me think I am discussing this with a 3 year old that needs to be repeated.

  • @americamufcfan7 Your judgment of the Lesnar fight just makes no fucking sense. By your logic, if anyone gets punched a bunch of times and TKO'd early in a fight, that means they ran out of breath. It doesn't mean they were beaten up, it means they ran out of breath. That's just bullshit, so stop.

  • @ninjajesus81 Getting punched a lot of times takes your breathe, Lesnar ran out of breathe because Velasquez wouldn't stop punching him and didn't give Lesnar time to recover, have you ever been in a fight? You need a a lot of cardio.

  • @americamufcfan7 Lesnar has a lot of cardio. He was on the ground getting punched and you say he was like that because he was out of breath? Why isn't it because he was hurt? You can't be hurt, only out of breath? WTF?

  • @ninjajesus81 Dude, the UFC has been known to have the least amount of injuries from any sport, even baseball gets more injuries than UFC. Lesnar wasn't hurt, did you see the guy he was fucking dizzy and breathing hard. Bigger Guys= less cardio, everyone knows that.

  • @americamufcfan7 So because the UFC has fewer injuries, that means Lesnar wasn't hurt? Do you know what hurt means?

By your logic, anyone who gets TKO'd was beat only because they ran out of breath. That makes no sense.

Bigger guys usually have less cardio, but that doesn't mean big guys all gas out in the first round. If Cain fought against a lightweight fighter, would Cain gas out in the first round? If one fighter is bigger in a fight, that bigger fighter always gasses in the first round?

  • @ninjajesus81 Lesnar was out of breath, and it is logic that you could get knocked out because you ran out of breathe. Have you ever been in a fight before?

So your saying if someone can kick and punch they automatically know martial arts?

So if your hurt, you will automatically lose?

  • @americamufcfan7 Lesnar was not out of breath, he was hurt from being punched. By your logic, only people who get knocked out are people who are out of breath. If anyone gets knocked out EVER, ANYWHERE, then they were out of breath. There was a 5 second KO in the UFC last year. The guy who got KO'd ran out of breath in 5 seconds?

If someone knows how to kick and punch WELL, then they know martial arts. Kickboxers are martial artists.

If you're hurt, you're likely to lose. Not automatically.

  • @ninjajesus81 Damn, even your last comment is stupid but what can I expect from a elementary kid.

  • @americamufcfan7 If martial artists compete in MMA, they become MMA fighters.

No one gives a fuck what you consider true martial arts.

Your true martial arts are fucking retarded shit that doesn't work on anybody, so nobody even tries to enter a competition using it.

Aikido, Kungfu, ninjitsu and all that other pointless shit that DOESN'T WORK. That's why nobody goes into a real fight using that stupid shit, because they know they'll lose.

  • @ninjajesus81 Wow, your a fucking idiot, It is clear you lost this debate. Once you keep on repeating yourself your done.

  • @americamufcfan7 So I keep repeating myself and I'm done, but if you keep repeating yourself, you're just strengthening your argument each time. Awesome. That's how big of a fucking moron you are.

  • @ninjajesus81 Kung Fu doesn't work? There is a mma gym next to my dojo and some muay thai students come in and we practice on each other. Me and my kung fu people always win.

  • @americamufcfan7 Kung Fu is fucking stupid. No Muay Thai fighter would ever lose to a stupid ass Kung Fu retard. That shit is for movies, not for real fighting. You're a god damn liar.

Do you have one fucking video of Kung Fu being used in a real fight effectively? No. Because it doesn't exist.

I could show you an unlimited supply of muay thai being used effectively in a real fight. Why do you think that is? Because one is martial arts, and the other is fucking dancing. Keep dancing, faggot.

  • @ninjajesus81

    watch?v=DWvdkgl3h_0&feature=related

    watch?v=Hjm5-lcHH5U&feature=related

    watch?v=VcB8lvACixE

These are just some I found, but there not legit, just like every vid I found here, but I am live evidence, I've beaten muay thai fighters, but some won some of my kung fu pals before. and we can't even use the full extent of our skill. want to the reason why kung fu and ninjitsu aren't used in ufc? because most of our moves are illegal. In a ufc ring, it is more likely the mma person..

  • @americamufcfan7 First video I saw not a single Kung Fu move used. It looked like two amateur kickboxers going at it.

Second video I saw not a single Kung Fu move used. It looked like two amateur kickboxers going at it.

Third video I saw not a single Kung Fu move used. It WAS two amateur "fighters" just trying to fight.

I could beat up either of those guys in the last video.

  • @americamufcfan7 nobody likes to argue on Youtube for too long so why don't you put the name of your "dojo up" here (If it's Kung Fu..why the **** is it called a Dojo...unless you're from a McDojo) , the name of this MMA gym nearby...show us a video...and put this argument to rest

  • @lethalchickenent Nobody likes to argue on youtube yet you're trying to argue with me. I can't record any fights because

    1. My senseis don't allow it. It is disrespectful according to them

    2. It's been over a year since we last had a friendly sparring with them

    3. It is called a dojo idiot. Learn about martial arts

    4. It is weird how you want to know the names of the places I train...stalker.

  • @americamufcfan7 I also want to point out how you say Kung Fu dojo. Dojo is a Japanese word and Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art. You also call your Kung Fu teacher a sensei, which is also a Japanese title.

This really isn't surprising, it's just par for the course with you. You just flat out don't know what the hell you're talking about.

  • @ninjajesus81 I call it dojo and call them sensei because they are japanese. Dumb fuck

  • @americamufcfan7 You call it a dojo and them sensei because they're Japanese? So the place where you're taught a Chinese martial art is a Japanese building?

And you have a Japanese guy teaching a Chinese martial art?

It's way more likely that you're just some dumbass who doesn't know the difference between Japanese and Chinese.

Boxing and wrestling are martial arts. I asked you to explain WHY they're not, but you can't. You can't explain it. Why? Because they ARE martial arts.

  • @ninjajesus81 Yes you are right, boxing and wrestling. Are forms of Martial Arts.

  • @ninjajesus81 Dojo: place of enlightment, usually ran by senseis.

    Sensei: japanese teachers.

I needed to give you definitions as you don't know these terms. My teachers (senseis, they want to be called that) are japanese. There is nothing wrong with japanese senseis teaching kung fu. brazilian ju jitsu is not taught mainly by brazilians here. Want to know once again why boxing, wrestling, or mma are not martial arts? They violate the principles of martial arts, and only use it as pure sport.

  • @americamufcfan7 You didn't know the difference between Japanese things and Chinese things. You thought Kung Fu was Japanese. Hahahahaha.

And what would the principles of martial arts be? Please tell me your made up, fictional principles of martial arts.

Any fighting style is martial arts. Idiot.

  • @ninjajesus81 Jason Delucia had to go by MMA rules, in a no hold back fight he would've won.

Why is boxing and wrestling a martial arts according to you?

Why is kung fu not dominant when many consider kung fu martial artists the most dangerous street fighters and the deadliest?

  • @americamufcfan7 No hold back fight? That WAS a "no hold back fight", idiot.

Boxing and wrestling are martial arts because they're fighting arts. Which is what martial arts means. Look up the word MARTIAL. Your problem is you don't know what that part of the term "martial arts" means.

Who the fuck considers kung fu martial artists the most dangerous street fighters? Other kids in your 6th grade class? No one considers kung fu dangerous. Stop getting all your information from 12 year olds.
