i have gotten the first bounce down pretty good and like he shows in the video, up on the platform he jumps from is an arch. i crouch at the bottom of that and jump (holding crouch) and let my head hit the ceiling and you land with your back against the other side of it. then run and jump off of the edge of the ledge and land parallel with the concrete thing on the ground. i have only gotten it to work by holding A button the whole time to get the first jump but that might not be the case.
