This leaves me with the only conclusion I can make - that this is a rare collaborational song featured only on the compilation album by various artists called One Million Strong. I don't think this was ever released on any of the albums by neither 2 Pac nor Notorious BIG. And the two never released anything under the colloquial name "2 Pac & Notorious BIG" because they never formed a group, so "2 Pac & Notorious BIG" never was a stage name. Even thou they did a lot of collaboration and they were featured on each others songs, both released songs under their own respective name.
