This guy has awesome talent, I don't think that this jam was his best. As another drummer, when I go to a jam or a drum off I don't want to use just speed. Granted I am not that fast yet, but I was bored. People need to know that you have method as a musician as well as speed from technique.

Your right Drumstix49....This drummer has no groove....No make that Zero groove...My 4 yr old son play's a better groove than this guy.

Nothing but sloppy chops and a the same 4 bass drum "tricks" over and over..

not that hard to do kids..

Alot of drummers now start with double bass pedals, and that good in all, but people rely WAY to much on it during drum solos. This was a nice change. I've been drumming for 8 years and I'm glad I started with a single pedal, I can do alot of the fast single pedal work he does because of it. But he's obviously better than me lol

No its a single pedal. Hes probably using the heel-toe method which gives you two beats in one kick. Watch Derek Roddy or Chris Adler's video to show you. And the dude's got some chops.

This is not one pedal, I seen many guys (im doing the same sometimes) that puting one side of the foot on Hi- Hat pedal and one on Bass Pedal, (it's very hard to learn to do it right and without mistakes) u can see even on drum solo of Joey Jordison (Slipknot).

actually, I know this guy personally. It is one pedal. He only uses one Pedal and never plays with double-pedal , ever! Everyone trips out on that fool cus he's so fast with one foot. He also told me he never uses that "heal-toe" trick or whatever they call it either. it's all natural.
