I really enjoyed that i love the mid norfolk railway. Just wish i had money to give to them :(

You could sponsor a sleeper on the Northern Section for £25.............

Come and visit us sooner if you like, In the next couple of weeks (I will you know the exact date) A workstrain will be working on the section to replace sleepers. Only about 5 trains have worked north of Dereham in the last 20 years!

Mark, I've gotta say, what an excellent video! I actually run the MNR's "Sponsor a Sleeper Appeal" on the Northern section. There are appx 500 sleepers to be sponsored between Dereham and Hoe and currently there are 300 sponsored to date! (205 since i took over the appeal Jan 08) There is also a works plan drawn up by the Northern Section Manager Matt Goodrum which should see some considerable work done by 2010!

Maybe next year you could revisit to see some of the work carried out?
