@cheezwhizsucks Thanks for leaving a question. You can use the recording for as long as you like. You dont have to buy anything. To use more than one recording is easy. You can listen to one in the morning and one at night. You can listen to them alternately. one on one night and one on another. If you have a multi track player or i pod you can simply play the tracks one after another. The best times to use the recordings are as you go to sleep at night and when you wake up in the morning. @vnesaa it works for approximately 80% of people. The other 20% can learn to go into hypnosis by relaxing more and letting themselves go. 20% of people go into hypnosis very quickly and easily. Research has shown that the more intelligent a person is, the easier they go into hypnosis. They also go much deeper as well. Thanks for your comment.
