Ok it talks about this in Guinness world records 2010. I'll copy exactly what it says: domestic cats suffering from a rare genetic skin disorder called feline cutaneous asthenia. The skin is exceptionally extensible, so that when the cat grooms itself or rubs something, the skin stretches into long furry "wings", which can sometimes contain muscle tissue and can be raised up And down by the cat.
