The idea for the game was actually quite smart: Your character evolves during gameplay, and reacts with more confidence to incoming hazards the more you encounter them, much like the player becomes more secure with the surroundings of a certain level the more the player experiences it.

Too bad they ruined it with lame-ass music, bad controls and useless weaponry. It was like a Fable-game, only in the 90's.

I really can't comment on the game itself, since I have never played it, but I watched a playthrough, and Lester does get better as the game progresses. But this is a generic platformer that has flaws. The game DOES have a funny story, though, and a hilarious ending if you can muscle your way through all of this. Kinda like cream cheese icing on a red shit cake.
