  • horrible form, the legs aren't doing any of the work. maybe the hips a little, but i see the lower back and arms doing all the work. the arms shouldn't be doing ANY of the work, a swing is all in the legs

  • Again good points. All those things are correct. Horrible form no perfect by no means and again this is not meant as an instructional video on perfect form its simply a video of the FIRST time this client has touched a kettle bell and tried this move.

    I we had to do things perfect the first time we would never do anything.
