I agree. I definitely get a Cold War Kids vibe. I'm not saying they're copies (ie. Coldplay- a copy of Travis; Travis sort of an attempted copy of Radiohead), they just have a similar sound. I think the precussion is really interesting though, its refreshing to have a drum sound that isn't overpowering yet really stands out.

I just saw them last night; they were AMAZING. Really intense energy... and I could tell watching them that they have an incredible comeraderie. Now that I see this I understand why. I hadn't heard of them before last night but I'm adding them to my collection. Really, really impressive musicians and I wish them the best.
