i learned to play my version after hearing this, i would play it this way, however my guitar is not a cutaway acoustic, so reaching the frets used in the song proves pretty difficult

also my bridge is set too high for this to be practical in the higher frets (strings are too far from the fretboard after around fret ten to sound smoothe)

Here are the chords he uses, as best I can tell. These are all relative to the capo, of course. He's capoed 3, if you want to play along.

E - 079900

B - 7x9900

C#m7 - 9x9900 or E/G# - 4x2400

A2 - x09900

During the chorus ("Streetlight people..."), he varies the A2 and E chords by dropping the 3rd string a half-step, creating these two chords:

A2 flat5 - x09800

Emaj7 - 079800

Play the A2 flat5 on "Street" and the normal A2 on "light", etc.
