What is all this talk about Czars? Why 20 or 30 Czars? This has never been in our American political lexicon before the last years of the Bush regime. Czar is the Russian word for Caesar. In the credit card reform bill, it had a clause allowing people with a concelled permit to carry guns s in public parks.
Texas just passed a bill to allow students to carry guns to school.
