Are there Lawyers who are not just after money. I don't think so. My Grandmother who has passed away in August of 2010 was psychologically abused all because my Aunts wanted the home that was falling apart. my grandma begged my mom to sell her brand new home and fix her home up. Suing for mental / emotional / psychological abuse? From my experience the courts only care about hearing cases where there is financial damage and could care less about people who have experienced emotional abuse including cases involving children. Victims of such abuse are further abused by the way they're treated in court.
