1. All the custom content came from either mod the sims 2 (look it up on google) Or pay sites must die (look it up on google)
2. To get them to shout and stuff you need to use the boolprop cheat. I dont know everything you can do with it. I suggest you go on google and type in sims 2 "boolprop testingcheats enabled true" and see what happnes hopefully it'll tell you how to do things with it. Any questions let me know ill try and help.
