It it not Trans-arm, It is Destroy mode, to be precise it is 'NEW TYPE DESTROYER" triggered randomly when the gundam pick signal of any mobile suit that has New type pilot in it. When it does, it releases 4 hidden booster which make it much faster and more mobility and also it can use 4 swords at the same time, plus it is control by the pilot's mind. making unicorn gundam practically one of the strongest counter measure weapon against newtypes. Well...it it also depends on the pilot i guess

It is not actually based on the pilot's mind but more like it can be controlled by thoughts alone. Your comparison is near, the Lambda driver can make a pilot with confident mind (emotional thoughts) to raw destructive power but still, the pilot need to pilot the AS actions.

Actually, 'Destroy-Mode' allows Gundam Unicorn to be controlled through thought alone. It can also take control of the weapons and mobile suits controlled by psycommu frame. It's also an automatic function. It'll sense a newtype and immediately activate Destroy Mode. But only for 5 minutes due to the high mental strain.

Actually "Destroy" mode is NTD Mode, New Type Destroy Mode. To be short about it, while in NTD mode the pilot, Newtype or not, can control any other suit running on ANY form of Psycommu system (even say the Elmeth), AS WELL as their bits.

I had a hard time following what the psychoframes were suppose to do in Chars c-attack, at first it made sense then there was this flying magical T and and then amuro and char like went to another dimension or something, but from what i understand the nu gundam resppnded partialy to the pilots emotions which is why the funnels defended amuro even when he didnt want them too, but the unicorn serries takes place only 3 years after CCA so maybe it uses a better version of what the Nu gundam had...

actually the first gundam game came first but i think gundam seed RvdZ started to update the sytem and mimicked Gotcha force(i could be wrong) but i definintly know gundam came out back on the first playstation unless Gotcha force also came out back then ( im pretty sure Gotcha force release date was when game cube was around so it newer then gundam). infinity justice is already in the game hes strike freedom assist but im pretty sure they will not let you play as an assist so infinity justice will never be playable and they already have wingzero so theirs not really a point for custom since their the same gundam just normal Wzero can transform and custom is more cool and slick looking as for 00 i think we will see it on the ps3 port (since it confirmed for the ps3) but as 00 Quanta instead of 00 from season 2 (just a geuss)

well 00 follows gundam wing almost in every way even the director said so(think of 00 as a re-make of gundam wing but more modernized). Just the story seem altered a little. like, u did watch all of 00 season 2 right? so you know 00 is damaged pretty badly and they need to rebuild him for the movie but not only that they plan to give it an official upgrade unlike gundam wing endless walt where the custom gundam where just eye candy and didnt explain how they got that upgrade.

You know it may just be me...but Unicorn's Destroy Mode reminds me a lot of Shining Gundam's Super Mode....you know, when the armor plates move back and reveal vents and cooling systems that glow.

Anyway I completely love how Uni just jumps around and fucking kicks other mobile suits upside their heads....an excellent machine.

Gundam Unicorn in this game is actually not that great I find him ok but i like how they made him, since hes not broken like shining gundam. he has inf ammo because hes the only gundam that can reload in mid battle and his NT-destroy mode has really scarry attacks, but i didnt see this player use any of it best combos that makes him look more scary then epeyon in close range combat. unicorn overall i would say he similar to strike freedom, not that broken and kinda under powered.

Yeah they can, but how they reload, u would have to go through a procedure to reload their rifles, but gundam unicorn was made to reload in mid battle. Like all u have to do is press the slash button and boost button at the same time and he reloads( u can do this as many times as u want ). Those button combonations dont do anything except to reload his rifle and it takes 1 sec to reaload unlike the other gundams , but in destroy mode it does somthing else since you lose the rifle in this mode.
