    Me too. I work out a lot and I get pretty fit

    anywhere else but have a hard time making my

    abs pop. I have abs had I just want it to come

    out so Im thinking of purchasing that program

    I think if your fit and has a thin layer of

    fat in ur stomach adding a healthy diet to it,

    it should work.

  • Oh hai! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got hot 6 pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.

  • love this video :D i have spent a good 2hr30min researching about workouts and making good workout plans :D and ur workout schedule really helps :D and esp these abs workouts are amazing. on my workout schedule for leg workouts im not sure of what to do (i want to lose the extra fat on my legs and tone up, i use to be a runner lolzz)

I'm sitting here eating some Ranch Doritos thinking to myself, "why aren't I doing this instead?" and, "why on Earth am I eating these when there's yogurt and crystal lite to be had in my house?" it's crazy! This video has helped me to realize that life is so much more fulfilling if you treat your body right!   • my school's 8 min abs (30 sec each no break in between): extended planks right n left, 6 in hold, 6 in flutter kicks, crunches, stratle, g-i-janes both arms, pinch crunch, superman to crunch, v-ups, weird toe touch things, another weird toe touch thing, wind shield wipers, and some more but i dont know what they are called.

  • JUST doing ab workouts are not gonna cut it. You're never gonna see the stomach you want if all you do is crunches. You need to actually WORK out, as in running, cardio, or something that keeps your heart rate up, then do crunches or hollow holds along with that. I know you stated this but not as clearly. I am a competitive gymnast and we have a trainer that helps us stay fit. hope this helps :)

  • OK. so i am 15 and i am 5’3 and used to weight 93 lbs. I want abs but as i have been doing workouts to get them i am lossing my boobs and to much weight. Some how i have 36 b boobs. And now after a month of doing work out to get great abs i am a 32 b. I also have been lossing to much weight! i weight 85 lbs nowww!!!11!! Can you make a video on how to gain weight for people who are to skinny? :)

  • @missamymariex The first time that i really cared about my weight is when i got into middle school. i was 115. And a few months later i was 118. Cause i ate alot of junk foods & ate at night. Now i weight 114, And im proud of myself cause i worked hard. And for 2 weeks i did crunches for 30 mins.. Every day except for Saturday & Fridays.. I do want to lose about 4 more pound which will get me into 110. but i would soo like to be in 100lb. How do u lose that much weight??

  • @SoOMG11 First off i want to say, i would kill to be your weight! But if you want to losses some weight here how. Run!! If you run a mile everyday you will loses a lot of weight! Run just a mile everyday for like 3 weeks then try to run 2 miles everyday. If you run everyday but weekday, you will losses a lot of weight. Also just watch what you put in your mouth. I know that sounds funny but it is true. And DON’T DRINK SODA!! If your trying to losses weight don’t drink it!! haha :) good luck! :)

  • I am so glad you showed planks! Planks are probably the best ab exercise because it hits your core. You can do sit ups for days, but all that does is work the outer muscles. If you want results, you HAVE to hit the core.

    And something else that most people never think of, SUCK IN YOUR GUT! lol.. All day long. Every 10 seconds is equal to one crunch. It's simple and requires very little effort. Also deep breathing through your tummy. Breathing out expands and breathing in contracts. =)

  • DIY HOME MADE WEIGHTS!

    If you have eather 2 mild jugs or 2 laundry detergent bottels fil them half way for 2 1/2 pounds and all the way for 5 pounds!!
