@inuyashaslvr there were no videocams then if there was any. Arnel's family would have not been able to afford it at that time. No this is not Arnel and this is not even his son. He probably sang better than this too.(the video was cute). Arnel was born in 1967 or 68, cameras were mostly in black and white then and above all the song may have not been recorded yet.
