ya ithink you can if u jailbreak and un lock it if u would like to jailbreak just download blackra1n and when u open it make sure you ipod is pluged in and dont unplug it intill it is totally done! then click let it ra1n

YOU MUSH BE RUNNING ON 3.1.2

then when it is done keep it pluged in now on your ipod touch open the app blackra1n.and then u are going to click install cydia dont worry about u can downlaod it off of cydia.when that is all loaded. u have cydia on your springboard now unplug
