  • i havnt heard this in years, it is incredible.

  • I saw the Indigo Girls open for Neil Young on Labor Day, 1989 at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center in upstate NY (i hopped the fence w/ a cooler of Heinekens). Nobody had ever heard of them at that time-& they were great...almost as good as Neil. Little did we know then...

  • Awesome "Indigo Girls"..this version blew me away the very first time i heard it years ago..and it still does! Neil must be so proud!!

  • i've only gotten thru the first 3 mins and it's frickin incredible! :)

  • only neil himself does it better than that.

  • greetings girls..you handed me that first cassette at Trackside w/Eddie smoking his pipe..I turned everyone in Decatur/Avondale/Midtown on to it..still love you..didnt you do this at the Avondale Theatre? (I was a Lakeside guy) I'm still paying the music forward..while in Taiwan, my friends loved yall...much ATL love...

  • Jane Scarpantoni?

  • That cello solo is astonishing - still gives me goose bumps - been one of my favorites since the 90s when I found it on a 99X (Atlanta) anthology. I did a volunteer DJ spot on an NPR station and I got more calls wanting the source for this than just about any other song I played. Still don't know where it was originally recorded or the last name of the cellist - Toni Nakatori or some such.

  • I don't know the Indigo Girls, but they gave a good version of one of my favourite songs of one of my favourite musicians!

  • The Indigo Girls doing a Neil Young song, my 2 favorites!

Doesn't get much better than this!
