Geeze, this is a commercial to hire a lawyer if you don't like your boss. There's absolutely only two things you can do:

1.) Meet the boss's expectation of total/absolute/unquestioned obedience.

2.) Find another company that could "use" your skill and experience.

I tried all of them ,trust me, doesn't work because the whole management takes the side of the bully. SO its only one step for guys who gets bullied... leave your job and become self employed... if u cant do that, kill yourself.

4 Review hand book for violations

5 List of damages to company

6 Write anonymous complaint report of improper contact

I think this video was very useful & helpful for all those who have problems at work. Bosses are not always right but nobody speaks out for fear of being fired or beind disciplined unfairly
