  • Form looks good to me. my favorite way to do them is by just lifting it directly off the pins as i find the biceps get fatigued VERY quickly. Much quicker then any other muscle groups. Nice work and keep it up

  • Looks good to me. Next time try Zercher without a belt. You'll see that it is a great exercise for abdominals!
