(I have an appointment on April 12 to get my surgery date, yay! & I'll be starting a WLS channel too). I enjoy the "What I'm eating video's".. even from another country with different products. We don't have as huge a range of vitamins as you guys do -& no bariatric vitains (only online &very expensive)!

ok.. I like shrimp.although haven't tried them again since I had my worst stuck experience ever on them.. I've never bought the raw kind. When did you take the shells off? Before cooking or after?
@JennBand08 they are YUMMY! You take the shells off after cooking. I actually leave the shells on until i eat them. i heat them up in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, let them cool for 5 or so minutes and then peel the shells off and enjoy. let me know if you try them. take care.
@maxfaith28 i stayed on course with food and calories all week, cuz i planned it that way. it is the only way for me. too easy to make the wrong choice. even if the choice would be better than what i made 2 years ago, it still would not be as good as when i control it 100%. ya know? @PSJ71 i like the honey vanilla greek yoplait. it is good. a dash of splenda, a few berries and maybe some granola and you have one delish meal or treat :). i love the oikos greek honey yogurt. yoplait is easier to find. you should give it a try and let us know what you think. take care. Onward!
Wendy, it is so weird that ur making this video cause I was asking these qustions to my self and trying to research how may calories i should eat...i try to do good with my diet all week and don't lose weight for about 3 weeks straight then when i give up and eat anything i want..i drop weight over night...it's so weird.
@31cristine good. i hope this video helped you a bit. I am not sure what to tell you, except what i do. i eat on average 800 - 1000 calories a day. all meals are protein driven. i also drink 2-3 hot tea mistos daily. i get 1/2 of my protein that way. i sip on the tea for hours and sometimes do not even finish them. probably not the best habit to have, but at least i am not eating and my stomach does not grumble until i am really hungry. i only eat when i am HUNGRY. good luck!
