so you are an engeenere working in a new tipe of robot when suddely a group of enemy robots enter were you are and attack the city, destroid a tower then you take the new robot to a battle so you can rescue your father who desapears in the middle of this conflict and an army soldier help you escape.
why this sound so familiar...COFF,COFF GUNDAM... COFF COFF!!!.
Given that I'm not all that familiar with the Front Mission Universe, I'm curious. The version of Earth this is taking part on, is it like Battlestar Galactica (newer version) in that the Greek Gods and that culture is the predominant Religion/Theology/Political viewpoint? The names, plus Adela's "By the Gods," kind of clued me in.
@RogueScholarBlue That would be true, except Adela is agnostic. Christianity is still the predominant religion. They are just in the US where there are at least 12 different religions in each state.
@SilentMech1 I see. So, her use of, "By the Gods," was more along the lines of someone who isn't Christian saying, "Christ!" in frustration while essentially ignoring the Religious aspect. That makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up.
@TheMediaCows: Thanks for this Play-through. I've never been a big fan of the Front Mission series (more Mechwarrior) I do understand why some of the fans of the original iteration aren't all that pleased with this new direction. Still, your play-through thus far has shown a pretty awesome game with solid action, a plot that's not (as of yet) all over place, and voice acting that, for a game of this type, isn't bad. Not to mention, the visual style is slick and the characters look really good.
@3m0hyphy Take back a wanzer that by all appearances needs its training wheels kicked off by actual combat because it might get a scratched paint job. Yeah, little fail there. Besides, Dylan practically built it him self. The only other person who could properly operate it would be the scientist chick in the first cut scene (can't remember her name).
this game is nice, but it's ridiculously short, on a second playthroght i did a speed run just to see how much time it takes to complete it, on easy i did less than 4 hours, a shame, i want front mission 4 back =/ on the frist playthrought it took me less than 7 hours =/

But doesn't Dylan's Wanzer belong to that company he works for?
Wouldn't they take it back?
