What some people don't realize is sometimes you have to let certain calls slide or w.e. because it simply isin't a penalty or because you've implemented a standard for that game. Every one who has made a comment need to get there facts right. Most of the refs on the ice are kids or adults that have not had the proper training and do not know what they are doing. This is the managements fault for not training properly. From a parents view I am a hockey mom I have been for many years and when the wrong calls are called or not at all it makes everyon mad. From a kids point that's playing hockey thet get upset to when the refs dont call triping, or cross cheking, or hooking.

@Freeezeyz i feel the same .. i am 15 as well and i was ref in a major atom game last week .. there was a kid on a breakaway who shot the puck and then got tripped on a breakaway .. i called it tripping and one of thier parents can after me at the end of the game angery about why it was'nt a penelty shot .. meanwhile the parent who came at me kids team won 11-3 . :/

I was the ref of a three man(Missouri is using three refs) and with five seconds left kid got tripped and called it tripping. Parents should never go up to a ref, especially a kid. @Freeezeyz Sometimes the refs need a good kick in the ass tho. In my past two games, Our team has been called for icing when we were on the PK and the ref thought it was halarious. In another game this year, our goalie held the puck for a good 15 seconds without a whistle, so he had to play it, and it directly lead to a opposing goal. I respect refs, but the ones who fuck up and then make excuses instead of maning up, need to be let go.
