The difference between Warren Buffett, the interviewers (for the most part) and politicians is that he actually understands the tax code and why certain provisions were put into the tax code. As he says, he is paying 240K in a year in gift taxes so his children each have 33 hours of private jet flying, the gift tax seems a bit absurd to me. He also gets no write off on any personal jet time which he uses ... I wonder how many in corporate America are as honest about that as he is.

The ones who are cursing Buffett or saying he's an inside trader are just ignorant to the facts. That is the nature of the Internet. Anyone can say whatever they want, whether it be true or not. I've read Buffett's unofficial biography and have studied his practices immensley. He is a good hearted person and he gives back to this country. He wants to see the country do well, as do we all. So I suggest not making comments that are not backed by proof, if you don't want to just get laughed at.

@hellyeahlol2011 You're right. When Obama takes a vacation he doesn't fly "coach". Every flight Obama takes costs the taxpayers a LOT more than when any corporate executive takes a flight. And the corporate exec usually takes the flight to help the business earn money.

As a matter of fact Obama supports taxing the rich more and lower income people less to reduce income inequality A.K.A. Class Struggle and uses Warren Buffet as an example because he was at the time the richest man in the world and paid less percentage in taxes than his secretary who made something like 250k.
