@mrtomasz 'VDM Sound' is easier, and free too: 1. install 2. right click the game and choose 'run with vdmsound' 3. click next, next, finish In DosBox read the readme! --assuming the game is on partition 'd: -- 1. mount c d:\ 2. mount cdrom -t (I forgot the command) 3. c: 4. cd 11th Hour 5. game.exe

11th Hour works perfectly in DosBox 0.74 (with original discs) under Windows 7 64 bit, with sound and everything. Found my discs and was testing if they work, I couldn't solve the first puzzle, damn my brain has gotten lazy over the years. spent hours in this and 7th Guest as a kid.

You can try 'VDM Sound' which is a great program.

OR, within Dosbox you can alter the speed (look at the keyboard shortcuts section of the readme).

Thanks man , I'll try those though I've been having trouble with the compatibility mode , more over I have a laptop with windows Me that should run that game . The same laptop now doesn't read cds -.- . Thanks for the help.
