Amazing that anyone found this early recording. I saw Janis at Berkshire music festival in summer on 1969 and a few weeks later at Woodstock. By then she was a big star and had already split from Big Brother. Would have loved to see and hear her earlier. This recording is the closest I will ever come. Very glad it was posted. She had changed by the time I saw her but was still so very good.
