I spent my late teens and early 20's going to see RRC in Fairfield and Westchester Counties numerous times. What a great band!
Just to clear anything up, that is obviously Dave Chemela singing and just killin' on the bass, Mark Hitt making his guitar do whatever the hell he wants it to do, and then some more, Larry stroking away at the keys, and Bill Mathews smokin' behind the drums. What a Great band! It'd be nice to see another reunion sometime again, guys! :)
As a guitar player the best part of watching mark play is the sounds he chokes out of a guitar! And no tremelo bar.Blows me away!Nice guy.AMAZEING musician.
I'm not a RR historian or anything but, It's my guess that..is this pre-Luongo? 98?? That looks like Larry on Keyboards. I met Mark when he was not heavy like that (not heavy?..Mark?..what?) in those days at the mad hatter east. Dunno.
My old band (Lotus) used to play the NY tri-state bar circuit with this great band. I remember going to the Fore-n-Aft in White Plains just to see RRC play Tull (wow!). My old bass player (John Harmon) is good friends with Dave and they went to High School together. I remember playing with RRC at Glen Island Casino in between 1978-1983.
Believe it or not that's Mark. I'm pretty sure that this in his early days with Dave and Co.

The instrumental that follows Skeletron in the tail end of this video is a song called "Curse Of Dr. Zoloft" ... Very Cool !

Wow that's pretty cool. I've heard a lot of 'good' bands but usually they aren't as clean and tight as these guys. Rock on!
