@MrJustinus21 I have a problem regarding touhou 7.5 as I'm sure others may be having a similar problem. Upon download, for the english translation patch, once the start up wizard begins, I click next, and after that it asks for where to place the file. None of the files allow me to proceed and therefore don't allow the next button to highlight, preventing me from going on, I've downloaded multiple links and different patches, but it's all the same result. I don't know what to do.

Excuse me, i've downloaded touhou 10 just now... when i tried to extract it an error mensage showed up and said that some files in the RAR are broken.. of course, when I try to run the game it crashes in some seconds... could you please check it out?

@AiyanaNya If you've extracted the rar file you will see multiple files vital to the games. The one you want to click on though is the application type file, it usually has a picture of marisa on it and would be named something like th9,th10, etc., and it will run the game. If you want the english version, make sure you download the english patch into the same folder as all of those files and run it and you will be able to play the english version with the new file created.
