Russia has stated that any attack on Iran, they will intervene and side with Iran. They have also warned that no one should attack Irans nuclear facilities. they also Provide weapons to Iran and taught them various techniques on the battlefield. Russia has placed Defense Systems that are guarding iran borders against any attack from outside.

russia have already stated if a war with iran was to start they would side with iran in case of war, and the first thing they would do is cut the gas supplys to europe, making most of europe go cold and unable to cook , same with some parts of usa that get gas from russia ! china have said war with iran or russia will mean they will side with russia and iran !

Georgia is not military supported by US. It sold them some weapons. However, the majority of the Georgian army are equipped with Russian weapons that it brought from Russia. The under 10 missiles send to Poland were not armed with the warhead and not fueled. While, Russia send thousands of armed ready to go SAMs to Iran. So, Russia is more military aggressive then that of US.

@CyKoPathiK12 if you knew the history of war in Afghanistan you would know that Taliban were defeated only after the Iranian commanders took the leadership of the war in alliance with the northern allies (Ahmad shah Masoud and the Uzbek Dostum khan). Only then Taliban who had taken all Afghanistan and had also surrounded Kabul could be defeated otherwise the Americans could do nothing in Afghanistan. After that Iran took her commanders away and you see that the US afters years is still fighting.
