I like the Tabla beats in this song. It starts with 7 matra Roopak taal then changes to 8 matra Kaharwa in dugun lay. this goes on throughout the song. No other hindi film song has such a unique 'taalpherta'.People dont realize that apart form the lyrics, this is the most uniqueness of this song. This change of taal and beat makes this song so catchy.

I remember I wrote the line 'yaari hai Imaan Mera yaar meri zindagi' in my friends' note book in the last day at the school...
