Thats the commercial from the superbowl years ago and was never seen again afterwards"banned". I just thought about it today as the new commercails are coming out. I love the car and was lucky enough to "test drive" one from a car lot. That car has more balls than a lockerroom full of athletes.

incorrect the 300zx Twin turbo has 289bhp recorded on the japanese model and the usdm model was said to have 300bhp even. The N/A's had 222bhp in both jdm and usdm form I believe but I may be wrong.

we have a stock 300ZX TT the manuals say it has 285bhp but when we dynoed it it has 332bhp. Its because of that agreement of Jap car manufacturer's not to have a car exceed 280hp

When the 300ZXTT was introduced to the US in 1990 it destroyed the mighty corvette. It made GM & Ford look like clowns. The 300ZXTT was TOP 10 In car & driver for more than 5 years.

not only that, but the 300ZXTT was so quick that after coming in first in GTS-1 and 5th overall at the 24 hours of Le Mans, IMSA changed the allowed horsepower for the GTS-1 class, making the 300zx's twin turbo VG ineligible.

And, I'm pretty sure the 300ZXTT was in the top 10 for every year that they made a US model ('90-'96)
