This is a lovely interpretation, the tenor player has a great sound!! :-) Does anyone have access to the sheet music for nutcracker swing? But please identify it correctly. The composition is by Billy Strayhorn and was performed/popularized by Duke Ellington. I was at this concert. It was a great afternoon.

@wondermachinedc The composition is by Pyotr Illyich Tchaikovsky and was arranged by STrayhorn / Ellington and was then popularized again.

Playing for the military is one of the coolest things for a musician because its a steady pay to do something you love. (and its hard to find that as an instrument player) Also it's plenty prestigious.
