That's partially because in Naruto, it's a perpetual war based economy where ninjas are mercenaries for hire. It's like a mutant arms race. So you welcome the freaks then. As well, in theory, anyone can be a ninja, so there isn't that sense of inferiority/superiority, or unknowing.

Third, it's a movie/comic. Naruto is made in Japan, X-Men is made here. Why they always treat the mutants as the victims is beyond me. Racism doesn't count when said race has super powers.

It's funny how they are treated like outcasts(yes i know they are mutants), but in Naruto they are a little bit crazy with their powers as well. They aren't outcasts, just freak of nature ninjas lol. Doesn't make sense to me. Xmen powers seem much more tamed.

it would have to be Striker's father, as the younger Striker would be at war. He states that he was in Nam in Xmen 2, the film is set during the war. thus striker jnr is at war, striker snr is at meeting.
