Aaah But look I have the SAME problem. I fixed that problem by just using an eye pencil and THEN I use the liquid to go over that so that you have line to trace over. Idk you should try it, it helped me :D <3

whenever i put eyeliner on i open my eyes on the lower waterline but i close my eyes on the when im doing the top and its always good to remember NOT to get eyeliner on your tear duct
