In a way, it was GOOD that Prop 8 passed, because this horrible injustice served as a WAKE UP CALL for millions of Americans who now realize how UNFAIR and HATEFUL Prop 8 was.

If Prop 8 was on the ballot nationwide TODAY, I firmly believe that it would FAIL in almost every sate. Except maybe Texas, Utah and Florida, those will just have to be the last States to eventually "get it".

I thought Cali already had a separate but equal law going on. Don't you guys have Civil Unions? I thought Cali was the gayest state in the Union, guess I was wrong. Seriously though; I advise you guys to stick with that cause the Feds will NOT touch that issue with a 10 foot pole. Since its up to the States; I guess the People of Cali have spoken, just like we did here in Florida. On the bright side they have Mass and Conn that allow the Gay marriage stuff, so they can just move IF its serious.
