It's from IN SEARCH OF DRACULA, a documentary made in the mid-1970s by Independent-International Pictures (the same company that made Al Adamson's DRACULA VS. FRANKENSTEIN). I'm pretty sure the "Stoker Dracula" make-up Lee wears here was made exclusively for this movie, as it looks nothing like the make-up he wore in Jess Franco's DRACULA.
