Nah, the priority is to make the song sound good for songs like this, Tetris, Zelda, Cerulean City, Bubble Bobble, etc.

Songs that are made to be fun tend to sound pretty basic unless they are good songs that are charted correctly and are fun like what is usually on the "all time best" list.

Because gh studio is a terrible chart maker and feedback is much superior, and if I could be bothered to fret another song it'd be Bach's Toccata and Fugue in D Minor full band.

The studio isn't the problem. People are just damn lazy. If the song musically sounds how it's supposed to, they don't care what scales they used or where the notes go.

Besides, it's not really fair to compare charting customs and charting in the music studio. For customs, you can chart anything however you want because you're just putting a chart over music. In the music studio it's a different concept because the notes literally ARE the music, not just a chart put over the music.

I wouldn't waste my time making a song just to prove a point, and I know I could chart this song much better anyway. Watch the guitar video for "Gritzy Jam", a song I made, on this BestOfGHTunes channel and then tell me how bad I am at charting.
