Can I just say I buy little bags of coca on a regular basis. I chew a few leaves sometimes and they are an excellent - though mild, softer than coffee - stimulant. As someone who has worked long, low paid nightshifts, I can tell you that if Europeans or the US imported highly taxed little bags of leaves to be sold with booze and cigs they would A. make a massive profit B. smash the coke trade C.give hard working people a brilliant and pretty healthy stimulant. So they´ll never do it.
And of course the world´s number one producer of cocaine is South American US ally No.1 Colombia, yet they did nothing except fund government allied Rightist military groups, despite THEIR proven involvement in drug production and smuggling along with that of the hated FARC. Their Rightist agenda is transparent. Drugs are merely an excuse.
"The problem is that morales wants to divide the whites vs the indiginous in the case does not work just making to sides hate each other he should instead united bolivia instead of having a civil war".

You're an idiot if you think the two are different - with the influx of American capital they can absolutely control the environment upon which they can transact.
Oh, but it is. If you look at the history of American intervention, what has always been the tipping point? The nationalization of AMERICAN businesses. When that happens, said business cry and whine to the US government (i.e. "lobbying"), and that's when the undermining begins. But if the US DID care, they would work WITH whoever is in charge. But they don't, so that what happens.

thats like telling americans a foreign government is outlawing cars, apple pie and churches...the case is huge for legalizing drugs, the benefits of legalization r enormous both here and there....who is benefiting from the 60 billion dollars a year illoegal drug money circulates worldwide mostly in the usa? the banking system maybe? the criminal injustice system maybe?
the leaf of the coca plant contains small amounts of cocaine, they chew this and it gives them a mild drug induced high. "When chewed, coca acts as a mild stimulant and suppresses hunger, thirst, pain, and fatigue." The plant even contains small amounts of nicotine, which is a tobacco drug. So, the bored people of Bolivia chew this to feel good just as cases of poppy seed eating give a weak high for said addicts. Do not think I support Bush's administration since they are fools too.
What a fool you are! For you to think that Bolivians chew coca because they're bored is a serious indictment on your own intelligence.
The reporter explicitly refers many times to the altitudes of Bolivians towns and cities. Hundreds of thousands of Western tourists trekking in Peru practice these very same customs.
I'm an American and am very angry by this. What right do we have to tell another country what they can grow! We aren't allowed to grow what we want in this country and I would like to see that changed too. UGH! I think we need a revolution. Viva Liberty! Stop government oppression!
Oh poor Americans if they economy collapses No one I meen No one is going to help them out they need to change its still a hope that Americans can change but people dont hate American people but american goverment
China get bet in EU marked where is 500 million people to sell there produkts to keep there economy going if Eu Pass Lisbon Treaty wich is aganst democrazy but it has been hidden from The people China can bet in make profet on Europe
So tell me exactly how the EU treaty has been hidden from the people of Europe when there is a popular public forum taking place to discuss its merits.
How exactly is the treaty against democracy when it enshrines the popular representation of the voting masses across Europe and reinforces the democratic status quo for those aspiring states across Europe such as Turkey.
How does a fool like you originate from a great country like Norway?

the leaf of the coca plant contains small amounts of cocaine, they chew this and it gives them a mild drug induced high. Do not think I support Bush's administration since they are fools too.

sounds like the effects of coffee

What a fool you are! For you to think that Bolivians chew coca because they're bored is a serious indictment on your own intelligence.
The reporter explicitly refers many times to the altitudes of Bolivians towns and cities. Hundreds of thousands of Western tourists trekking in Peru practice these very same customs.

I'm an American and am very angry by this. What right do we have to tell another country what they can grow! We aren't allowed to grow what we want in this country and I would like to see that changed too. UGH! I think we need a revolution. Viva Liberty! Stop government oppression!

So many seemingly innocent Americans ask,"Why do people hate us?"

And the majority contend themselves with the thought that its only people from the Middle East that hate them - think again.
