First of all im American, my parents are from Bolivia, and from what i know there is schooling for indigenous people, but in my opinion(this is just my opinion) its their culture that is holding back the indigenous from getting education, im not saying that they dont want to learn, but their priorities are focused on WORK(mainly farming)which is not their fault its just their culture, but they are very hesitant to accept western society as apart of their own, which is why they fight today
