The dons view lets you look above the city's and send attacks to other fronts and you can watch it, like at 1:47 you seen one of the places got bombed, and you can also send men to protect your fronts witch you have to do in the dons view, so you gotta use the dons view a-lot in this game.

I'm not to sure about that, you MAY be able to do it yourself, cause we where able to do it in godfather 1, but when we think about it, if we wear able to do it our self's then we wouldn't need a bomber, so i don't think we be able to do it.
