First off, he seems like hes aimbotting, but hes not, around the end, we was waving and stuff, and he did not move towards a enemy, second snap movement can be caused my 2 things, 1 sensitivity, or aimbotting. This video, has no proof of hacking, its just a theory, now if ya recorded him shooting a commando in stealth, then it can be proof.

dude how u know if he hacks u need to be on royals as a cammando in stealth and if he shoot u from long range he hacks and if he shoot u when ur right next to him he not hacking. how does he hack he had 7 kills and 6 deaths that no hacking. u should see ACsoap he had 31-1 and he only lvl 7 he hacks cuz he was on lighthouse and i'm at village he saw me from miles away.
