pavlos999 has obviously never ridden the rocks and granite in Arizona. I've been riding dirt bikes for greater than 30 years. I know all about the powerband on my YZ250. Widowmaker is not the place to wind it out. You'll slip and slide out of control. Smoother is better. Ride it a gear high.. Thanks for the comments....
I really hope you are kidding...if you are, great....if not you're not riding your rm250 correctly or you got the only one suzuki 2 stroke ever made that doesn't have a power band. Maybe you're not winding your power band up right...it's the big rubber band located under the seat that you have to wind up before you go riding...... :)
@pavlos999 it doesn't i tried to find it but i cant does yours have one ? and suzuki told me its not supposed to have a powerband and you cant get it from a band under the seat i went to ask them yesturday, where can i get one through
I may get graphics on my next fender, but those are stickers. Nice ones though, they've stayed on it for a long time. I have a Works Connection, ASV, Foxhead, and the OEM Yamaha fender sticker on there.
Thanks for the comment. I was in 2nd gear. I never shifted it down to first, but that tends to dig into the crushed granite. It's like thick sand. I just pulled the clutch a couple times to get the RPMs back. There's about another 30 yards after the turn in the vid. A few jumps in it and it tends to float the front tire. I made it a few times, other times I didn't.
