hey man this is a great video! I seem to be into the same things myself curently and it's great to watch someone like you who has done it. I look forward to watchiong more of your videos! Later days
Water down your pee 5 to 1 or 10 to 1and pour that around them - heaps of nitrogen and its free. I have just planted Jerusalem artichokes and have ordered some globe artichoke seeds to get started in pots inside before spring.
i wish a lot humans would work toward producing their own food. its not hard. there is something edible for almost anyone with any skill level can grow. everyone should be growing something!
can someone tell me how to propogate chockes. I have lots of plants now in their second year and I want to divide them but don't know how. Would LOVE a video on that....
I was wondering why you hadn't done anything on artichokes. They're so easy to grow that they almost grow by themselves. I have maybe 20 planted at the bottom of the hill and they're doing great. They're really big - over 1 metre high and have lots of artichokes. You might make a mention when it's time to prune them back and tell us how much to cut off. I just kind of "wing it"...
I planted 4 plants close together. 7 inches from one another. Ugh! I didn't know they needed room. They are established now. Should I dig them up and replant them. I am a bit nervous. Any suggestions?
4th time work perfectly!! You have shared some great info regarding the life span of the artichoke and the deminishing number flowers after a number of years. From a self sustainability point of view, this is really interesting and important to know, thanks.
