Gun, your wrong, most of the population can read and write, and Canada is north of America, its also one of the weakest countries, and Mexico is South, and is kind of weak. And the U.S.A is pretty much a goody two shoes nation, were one of the few countries that still follow the rules of war set up by the U.N. Why set up rules of war, when most of the countries won't follow them? America is also the world's sole leading super power, with Russia not too far behind.
