it depends what kind of tool assisting you use i guess but i am not an expert never used that but instead save states which is kinda cheating aswell. There are better Disney games a ton of them on those older systems try the magical quest series by CAPCOM or the illusion games from SEGA. As said i am grateful that he did post the vids and it doesn`t matter how he achieved it. And he is honest of telling it was Tool-assisted.
